RESERVATIONS

Before you make a reservation you will need to contact Primrose House by the post, email, or telephone to check on the availability of rooms for the nights you require and also the cost of your accommodation. One night reservations are only possible within one week of the desired date of stay.

If rooms are available you will need to pay a deposit of at least £25GBP. The £25 minimum booking deposit is part of your first night's accommodation cost - not extra. (The £25 is not refundable but can be transferred to another date within one year.) This deposit confirms and guarantees your reservation. You can choose to pay by clicking on the PayPal button below. In this way you can securely and safely use your Credit or Debit card for this transaction. PayPal takes your payment in $US Dollars. The currency converter on our web site will give you the latest rate for converting the deposit amount, from your currency, into $USD.

You can also give your Visa, Mastercard or Debit card information directly to Primrose House so your payment can be charged immediately in £GBP (Pounds Sterling). You can check with Primrose House how best to do this. We do not now take cheques for the payment of deposits, or any other payment at Primrose House.

If you have to cancel, and you have paid more than the £25, - your deposit (less the £25.00 booking fee) is refundable up to 7 days before your visit to Primrose House. If you have to cancel within seven days of your visit your deposit (less the £25.00 GBP booking fee) is refundable only if Primrose House is able to rebook your rooms. In good faith, Primrose House will do all they can to rebook but, of course, cannot guarantee that this will happen. Airline staff and their families flying standby (on incoming flights) will not be penalized for unavoidable arrival delays.
